Who We Are
SIWCANS CARE FOUNDATION (SCF) was established on the 9th of August 2024 by a team of passionate and energetic youth activists who shared a common vision — to uplift and transform communities across the Volta Region. Born out of the drive to address pressing community needs, SCF stands as a beacon of hope and a voice for sustainable development.

We exist to empower youth, women, widows, children, and the vulnerable with opportunities in health, education, empowerment, and sustainable development — leaving lasting impact for generations.
Our Objectives
At SIWCANS Care Foundation (SCF), we believe that meaningful change happens when action meets vision. That is why our work is guided by seven core objectives that address the most urgent needs of our communities in the Volta Region.
Health
Creating healthier communities through HIV/AIDS and STD awareness, free testing, and preventive education.
Education
Opening doors of opportunity by providing literacy programs, vocational training, and support for disadvantaged youth and orphans.
Equality
Breaking barriers and promoting equal access to quality education for every girl and boy, everywhere.
Environment
We improve living conditions for nomadic and rural communities by promoting sanitation, clean water, and safe environments.
Climate
We combat climate change by mobilizing communities and youth for tree planting, reforestation, and eco-awareness programs.
Widows
We empower widows with skills, micro-credit support, and mentorship to help them achieve financial independence and dignity.
Agriculture
We encourage youth to embrace agriculture with modern training, resources, and market access, turning farming into a sustainable livelihood.

Poverty continues to be one of the greatest challenges facing communities in the Volta Region, stripping families of access to basic education, healthcare, and sustainable livelihoods. Too many children go to bed hungry, too many youths lose hope for a better future, and too many women and widows struggle to survive without support.
