SIWCANS Care Foundation (SCF) was officially founded on 9th August 2024 by a group of energetic youth activists with a shared vision of improving and upgrading communities in the Volta Region. Their passion for development, coupled with the pressing needs of underserved communities, gave birth to this life-changing initiative.
From the very beginning, SCF has been inspired by the necessity to contribute meaningfully to community development, meet urgent needs, and restore hope to vulnerable groups such as the youth, children, widows, women, and persons with disabilities.
Adding strength to this vision, SIWCANS Group International Limited, a global enterprise committed to social responsibility, stands proudly as the founder and sponsor of SCF. Through this initiative, SIWCANS Group demonstrates its belief that true success lies not only in business excellence but also in giving back to humanity. SCF is, therefore, the Group’s way of extending love, resources, and opportunities to communities in need.

These organizations recognized the importance of youth-led foundations in driving development and pledged support for capacity building at the grassroots. SCF responded by joining the circle of visionaries eager to impact lives and reshape the future of communities.
Unfortunately, many promises of development in the region — both by government bodies and NGOs — have gone unfulfilled, leaving communities vulnerable and underserved. Where others have failed, SCF has chosen to stand firm as a beacon of hope, striving to deliver sustainable and impactful interventions.
